 Frank Artiles is a proud Republican and a true patriot. Growing up in Miami and now raising a family in the same community, Frank and his wife, Aimee, share the spirit and the ideals of our great party and firmly believe that the best decisions are those made close to home.
As the son of Cuban immigrants who fled the tyranny of Fidel Castro more than forty years ago, Frank’s story is what the American dream is made of. A driven and passionate young man, Frank worked hard to put himself through college and law school and later dedicated his talent to build a successful, small business in our community.
With a deep love of country, Frank could think of no better way to express his gratitude for the opportunity than to serve his country as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Frank served proudly during Operation Iraqi Freedom and also participated in several international counter-drug operations.
Frank has now decided to commit his leadership and time to represent our community in Tallahassee as a candidate for Florida State Representative, District 119. District 119 is comprised of parts of Miami-Dade County. District 119 includes parts of Homestead, Florida City, Redland, The Crossings, Country Walk, Richmond West, and Sweetwater.
Frank grew up in Miami and graduated from our local public school system. He attended Miami Dade College for his Associates of Arts Degree and then transferred to Florida State University graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice & Criminology. Artiles continued his studies at St. Thomas University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in May 2000 and then his Masters of Law in Real Property Development (LL.M) from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 2001.
Currently, Frank is the owner of a local small business, Pinnacle Appraisal and Umpire Services, providing homeowners and business owners professional assistance while they navigate through the complicated process of filing a claim with their insurance carrier after suffering a loss. Additionally, Frank and his wife, Aimee, own and operate Artiles² Solutions and serve as Professional Business and Legal Consultants for urban real-estate developers, other small businesses, local non-profit organizations and property management firms.
Frank is happily married to another Miami native and dedicated Republican, Aimee Artiles, who supports and shares his desire to serve our community. They have two young daughters, Bella and Giavanna.
